Tourwise provides educational guidance and tools to help international touring musicians and creative professionals understand withholding tax requirements, manage certificates of residence, and track tax-related documentation.

Important: Tourwise is an educational platform. We do not provide tax advice, legal advice, or complete tax forms on your behalf. Always consult with qualified tax professionals for specific advice about your situation.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Tourwise offers various subscription plans including Free Trial, Starter, and Professional tiers. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You can cancel at any time through your account settings or billing portal
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

5. Usage Limits

Different subscription tiers have different feature limits:

Free Trial: Limited to 14 days, 2 certificates, 25 clients, 10 invoices/month, 25 countries
Starter: 2 certificates, 25 clients, 10 invoices/month, 25 countries
Professional: Unlimited access to all features (unlimited certificates, clients, invoices, and all 42+ countries)

We reserve the right to enforce these limits and suspend accounts that violate them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
Upload malicious code or content
Scrape or harvest data from the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tourwise are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tax information
That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
That your use of the Service will result in any specific outcome

Tax laws change frequently. Always verify information with official tax authorities or qualified professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourwise and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Tax penalties, interest, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tourwise from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Non-payment of subscription fees
Fraudulent or illegal activity

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
